The FC Barcelona women’s team wraps up their preseason USA tour with great success in collaboration with NSN

The “blaugranas” played the final match of the USA Tour, organized by NSN, in Dallas against Dallas Trinity FC, whom they defeated with a resounding 6-0 victory at the legendary Cotton Bowl Stadium.

FC Barcelona has done it again. They have once more shone during their preseason tour of the United States, which first took them to San José, California, where they faced Bay FC, and then to Dallas, Texas, the final stop of this journey, where they triumphed over Dallas Trinity FC: two matches, two outstanding victories, in an adventure organized by NSN.

The first match occurred at PayPal Park, where the “blaugranas” had to come from behind twice to claim victory with an impressive 5-2 scoreline ultimately. After this win, Pere Romeu’s team traveled to Dallas to play at the legendary Cotton Bowl Stadium. This iconic venue has hosted matches during the 1994 FIFA World Cup, the 1993 Concacaf Gold Cup, and the 2014 Copa Centroamericana. A stadium rich in history, where Barça’s women’s team faced off on August 30 against Dallas Trinity FC.

The Catalan team overwhelmed the Americans with Claudia Pina as the star of the show. In just 16 minutes, Barça had already netted three goals (Pina, Szymczak, and Guijarro), and they finished the first half with a 5-0 lead after a goal by the club’s new signing, Kika Nazareth, and Pina’s second of the match, who went on to complete her hat-trick in the second half.

At NSN, we are proud to have been part of the great success of Barça’s women’s team during this U.S. tour, which featured El Galgo as a special guest. A tour that we organized with the passion and love for sports that defines us, ensuring that every detail was an unforgettable experience for both the players and the fans. Thanks to the combined efforts of the entire NSN team, we have successfully brought the spirit of women’s football to new horizons.
